Rev. Dr. W. Gary McCollough E-mail: garyfsbc@windstream.net Pastor Gary is a graduate of Campbell University (Bachelor of Science in Psychology) , Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity), and Drew University (Doctorate of Ministry). Gary has been a pastor since 1979 and has pastored 5 churches. He has served in several Associational and State Convention positions. Gary is a trained Spiritual Direction Consultant with the Baptist State Convention. In this area he assists churches that may be experiencing conflict or simply need some direction for the future. He is a firm believer in the priesthood of the believer and believes that every person is equal in the sight of God. The role of the laity is the greatest earthly asset of the church and Gary sees the role of the pastor being to assist the lay members of the congregation, under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, to plan and carry out the work of the church. Gary is married to Lunette and they have three daughters, Melissa, Sandi, and Rebecca, one Grandson Justin and a Granddaughter Bailey. |

Rev. Matt Riggsbee Email: mattfsbc@windstream.net Minister of Children, Youth and Families Matt is a graduate of Campbell University (BA in Religion) and Campbell University Divinity School (Master of Divinity). Matt has been in church ministry for 4 years and was called as Flat Spring’s Family Minister May 15, 2011. Matt enjoys reading, playing golf and watching Carolina Hurricane and NC State games. Matt is married to Lauren who teaches 4th grade at Buies Creek Elementary. Matt expresses his calling as serving and leading the church with a purpose to grow and make disciples of Christ. The Family Ministry strives to serve others in Christ’s name as we glorify God, guide others to Christ, and grow in our faith. |

Leonard Harris E-mail: leonardfsbc@windstream.net Minister of Music Leonard grew up studying music at his family's music school, the Harris Conservatory of Music. He served in the U.S. Air Force, Airspace Defense Command. He attended Keesler Air Force electronics school, NC Wesleyan College, North Carolina State University, and Campbell University. Leonard also serves as the Music Director for the Sandy Creek Baptist Association and plays trumpet and sings bass with the NC Baptist Singers. Leonard has been attending Flat Springs Baptist for nearly 30 years. Leonard now dedicates his service as the Minister of Music. Leonard is married to Elaine and they have two daughters, Renee and Nicole, and one Granddaughter Lynley. |

Kathy Seal E-mail: kathyfsbc@windstream.net Administrative Assistant Kathy has been employed by Flat Springs Baptist since 1998. She is responsible for payroll, preparing the weekly church bulletins, preparing financial records and other various miscellaneous duties. Kathy has been singing in our choir since 1995. Kathy is happily married to Bryan Seal. Bryan also attends our church and is involved in various committees. Kathy and Bryan have 2 children, Elizabeth and Jonathan. |
